Windows XP Pro Updates

I always download and install updates as they become
available. Now I see the "Update Rollup", which is stated
to encompass many past updates. What are the
ramifications of installing that?; will only those updates
which are new be installed??

Just select it from Windows Update. You should already have the updates
installed, if not the setup will download them first.
