windows xp pro rebooting

The problem I am having is when using the internet or playing online games.
The system just restarts I have more than enough power, and everything is xp compatible. I also did driver updates on everything. any ideas?

driver updates - hm...

have you done all windows updates?
do you use a firewall?
do you use a virus scanner?

have you looked for viruses/worms and/or spy-/male-ware?

is your computer 'save/secure' when you connect to the internet?

I even did a clean install and did all of the driver updates I do have norton av and even disabled it to test still same problem.
