When i run cc.exe from directory "C:\Windows" i get message box (title:
16-bits subssystem MS-DOS) with
"C:\Windows\system32\command.com
NTVDM CPU: incorect command was met
CS:082f IP:c55d OP:63 70 79 0a 8a ...."

If you know what cc.exe really is, that's one thing, but you haven't told us
what you think cc.exe is.

[[cc.exe is a process belonging to the sqwire advertising program by
sqwire.com. This process monitors your browsing habits and distributes the
data back to the author's servers for analysis. This also prompts
advertising popups. This program is a registered security risk and should be
removed immediately. ]]

Or cc.exe could be from Microsoft Works Suite 2005. Something to do with
Streets\Support

Or cc.exe could be MS's MDAC Utility: Component Checker if you downloaded it
from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...f6-4a21-4b43-bf53-14332ef092c9&displaylang=en
