Windows XP Pro OEM

I just bought a new copy of the XP Professional OEM
software. I am unable to load it on my system due to an
error I get. I have tried different hardrives 10gig, 20gig
and 200gig. Get same message. Freezes my machine. To get
help from Microsoft they ask for product key which is 20
characters long. Don't have key they want. Help

Since you bought OEM, Microsoft can not help.
All support, if any, for OEM comes from seller.
One of the many reasons you paid less for your OEM.

Was it a store bought item or an online item? I bought
one online & intsalled it just fine but changed the key
code when installing it & now i can't do windows updates
because it is an invalid key code. Not to mention now
this computer is acting very strange. If you bought it
online DON"T install it without further investigation.
