Hi Belinda
Have you installed any programs recently? If you have installed any new
programs , Try logging into safe mode. You can login to the safe mode by
tapping the F8 key continuously when the computer starts. After logging
into the safe mode, try to delete the program you have installed by going
to Start-->Control panel---> Add/Remove Program.
If you havent installed any new programs , you can login to the safe mode
and try the following options
1. Start--->All programs-->Accessories---> System tools---> System restore.
You can restore the computer to an earlier time. For eg: If your computer
was working fine 3 days back, You can restore the computer to that date.
If that doesnt work
2. Start-->Run---> Type " MSCONFIG"--> Goto Startup tab and uncheck all the
programs there and restart the computer
3. You can login to the safe mode and right click on my computer--->
properties--> hardware--->device manager. Delete your display adapter and
restart the computer to check whether the computer boots in normal mode.
4. You can also tap the F8 key , go to windows advance option and choose
LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION.
Thanks
Regards
