Windows XP Pro computer randomly blue screening

I have a computer that keeps on blue screening randomly
during the day. I have applied all service packs and
other updates to it as of 10/29/03. I've spent an entire
day trying to troubleshoot why it is doing it and have
searched the web for answers to the blue screen stop codes
that I get but have found none. The computer is at a
remote location right now so I can't get the specs other
than I know it is a new Dell about 3 months old. Any help
is greatly appreciated. Below is a paste of the stop
codes:

0xEE51679C, 0xEDEC21E0, 0x00000000)

That was actually going to be my next step. Because of the nature of the
client I am dealing with on this I was looking for other opinions.

Now the fun part is debating if fighting with Dell to replace it is worth it
over ordering the RAM myself once I figure out for sure it is the RAM.

Thanks for the response, it's actually exactly what I was looking for :)

i think it's sad that I knew the answer.

I run into that problem a lot :(

I've found anytime I see the 0x0000008E stop error it's bad RAM.

usually that can simply be different mhz between 2 ram chips in the system,
or 2 different chip mhz in the system

If there's only one chip, perhaps the mb doesnt support that mhz
