Windows XP Pro can't install iPod because it can't find the required driver

Hi

Just bought a new iPod (15GB) and I was trying to install it on my
laptop (Sony Vaio) I get this message saying XP can't install the
hardware because the driver cannot be located.

What can I do to fix this?
