Windows XP Pro - Boot Disk

Does anyone know how I can create a boot disk that incorporates SP2 and all
the hotfixes for Win XP since the release of SP2?

I recently had a disk crash and spent hours downloading all the fixes. If
there is a way I can make a boot disk which includes XP, SP2 and all the
fixes I would be very grateful
