yep thats the bad part about the 64bit XP, if it isn't available from
the manufacturer, you will be pretty much outta luck. http://www.adaptec.com/en-us/support/
You would need to check with Adaptec. They are the only ones who would write
drivers for their hardware. If one doesn't exist, then you're out of luck.
Look for a SCSI card that supports XP 64.
For the 32-bit drivers on Windows XP, you have to use the ones they list
for Windows 2000. No 64-bit drivers are listed.
Start hunting for a replacement SCSI card who provides 64-bit drivers
for Windows XP x64. After all, you were supposed to do this hardware
check BEFORE you moved to the 64-bit version of Windows XP. Although
you're late, start investigating if the drivers for your other hardware
also have 64-bit versions. You'll probably find some cheap-priced cards
at eBay of folks dumping their old hardware but, again, go check Adaptec
to make sure they have 64-bit drivers.
