windows xp page fault

at boot time after xp as passed the black screen with the grey
progress bar it goes into disk check for errors then send
me to a bleu screen saying page fault at nonpage fault
something like that anyway the night before i upgraded my
drivers for my video card could this have been the problem.
and can i use the repair function on xp cd or should i just
do a complete reinstall. and will it be back to normal
after this.

baically would a reinstallation of xp fix this problem .
dont need to get detailed
