Hi,
Ok, here is what happened. I have three computers I needed to get
windows XP on. So I ordered a CD that came with a key and two other keys.
What I got was an authentic CD with a key printed on a plain white label on
the back and two COA stickers stuck onto a piece of paper. This didn't set
right with me. Then when I tried to activate a key from one of the COAs the
computer told me that it had been activated too many times. This made things
worse. I called Microsoft and activated all three keys over the phone and
told the guy on the phone what had happened. He said not to worry about it.
Then I went to the company that I had ordered the stuff from. They said to
email them the used keys and they'd email me back unused ones. I asked if I
would get replacement COAs and they told me that not all Microsoft products
come with a COA. I think they are lieing but I'm not sure. Anyone have any
suggestions as to what to do now?
