Windows XP network problem.

Hello.

I have 2 computers at home.
One with XP home sp1.
One with XP pro sp2.

The machines are connected through a switch, and i have
manual IP on them.
I have connection between them, as i can ping the IP i
set.
But i cant browse them. as soon as i try to open
the "workgroup" the system hangs.

I ran 2000 on the pro machine just a few days ago. and
then it worked like a charm, the home machine is still at
the same network-settings.

Both machines are in the same workgroup. they both have
file and printer sharing, they both are logged in as
administrator.

Any help would be awesome
