Windows XP - Network Drive

We've got a wired home network; my daughter's computer, my computer and a
160 gig NAS Iomega hard drive. (There is also a network printer)

Does it cause a problem if my daughter and I access the drive at the same
time? Will it allow us to both access the drive at the same time? Thinking
twice before I try.
