Windows XP maintenance tool

I had to fall back on my Windows/XP for several checkpoints. Therefore I don't know which maintenance level I have on my system and which patches I have to reapply. Is there somewhere a tool available which checks the current running system for applied maintenance?

You need to run Qfecheck.

Qfecheck.exe Verifies the Installation of Windows 2000 and Windows XP
