Windows XP Logon Screen

Strange question but...

Isthere any way I can modify/add my own message to the Windows XP Loging
screen (after you press CTRL/ALT/DEL)

I want to add a name and greeting message if possible.

Thanks - thats exactly what I was after! I've also managed to use group
policy to push this out.
