Windows XP Log in

I have about 17 different user accounts on a computer and when one, and only
one, logs on he ends up getting into a temp account. I have deleted his
account and reset it up and it still ends up going into a temp account. I do
I get this to work out. I looked in the event viewer and it shows and
error. The error states that the "process cannot access the file because it
is being used by another process. " It only happens with this one user
account. Help!!

Create a new account but use a different name. It looks like someone
else is using his account or part thereof.
