Windows XP licensing question.

I have a customer that purchased a Windows XP charity license about a month
ago. Any idea where I can go to check on the status (or will it take some
more time before the license is issued). They have not gotten either an email
nor snail mail with the information to get their product id (we already got
the media for them).

I have not heard of that, are you sure you have the name correct?
Check with whoever the license was purchased from.

If you have a charity number this is a great value. It is the cheapest way to
get Microsoft products. Basically it is a lower cost open license
specifically for charities.
