We have 5 stations running Windows XP professional version in our business
along with a server. All the systems were purchased from a local Microsoft
Certified partner firm, who have recently gone out of business. We do not
have any back up disks for the operating systems that we have purchased, but
each of the system has an individual Windows XP code sticker on its side. We
are experiencing problems with atleast 2 systems with hardrive crashes and
may have to re install the OS. Do we need to buy new OS professional disks or
can we get some support from Microsoft through the code numbers that we
already have. All systems were purchased at full price and all licensces are
legitimate. Please comment
