Windows XP Languages

My Windows XP Operating System is in English. I would like to change it to
Spanish. Could anyone tell me how to do it?

P.D. I would also like to change the rest of the programs like, for example,

More than likely you will need to buy Windows XP in the language you want.
Normally you can not change the language of Windows XP unless you have a
license for the Multilingual User Interface:

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
WinXP (in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.
