Windows XP Keeps Rebooting

Does any one have an idea why when I boot up my other E-
Machine it brings up the Windows XP loading screen then
just reboots, and it is on an ongoing cycle. It won't
get into the operating system. Should I run the check
disk feature to see what's up or should I install the OS
again? Any help is appreciated.
