Windows XP Japanese language setup

Hello

I used to have Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2003 Service Pakc 2
but I just had my computer serviced and the technician formated my computer
with Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 1 and now I can't
install what I need for my Japanese class. It keeps asking for the CD which I
don't have. I tried downloading service pack 1 stuff but i'm still getting
the whole " puck service 1 in driver E: " it's driving me crazy, I have
midterm next week! Please help.

You had it serviced and technician downgraded you.
Make HIM fix it .
