I have Windows XP and i do alot of work on MS Publisher or MS Works. I also
have a 750MB USB external zip drive and I have iomega quik syn software
installed. This set up is that when i save any files in my Pub folder or my
Works folder (both folders on my C Drive) it automatically writes to my zip
drive as well.

However, sometimes when i save the whole thing crashes. Windows report
message box appears on screen saying to either send report or dont send
report. Sometimes i can save file to desktop under different name but other
times when i save it i can't open it. Also, after crash, when i go back to my
C drive the prticular file is gone. I can retrieve it from my zip and copy /
paste back in but has anyone got any ideas. I thought i might be saving too
much but it still crashes occassionally.

I understand if you need details on report.

Thanks people

You could try uninstalling then reinstalling the iomega software. Other
than that contact Iomega tech support.
