Windows XP Install Hangs

Trying to load Windows XP Home SP1 on brand new system.
CD loads everything but then system hangs at "Installing
Devices" (about 35 minutes left to finish). Have
installed this OS dozens of times and never had this
problem. Any clues?
 
Hi,

- Remove all unnecessary peripherals
- Disable any BIOS-level antivirus detection
- Reseat cabling and ram
- No overclocking
