Hi Venus,

Microsoft Office can be purchased separately. It's never been a part of WinXP
Home or Professional or any other Windows operating system.
PS it's not free

If you would like to try a free office suite similar to Microsoft Office
products go to www.openoffice.org (be prepared for a large download)

Greetings --

Neither the Microsoft Office application suite, nor any of its
individual component applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
Outlook, etc.), have _ever_ been "part" of *any* Windows operating
system. They are, and always have been, separate applications, that
must be purchased and installed separately.
