How do I install a program in only one users account. Whenever I install
programs they appear in all users accounts?

If the software is new enough, it will have an option to install for
everybody on the machine or just this user, or words to that effect, when
you install the software. This usually shows up in the first couple of
screens when installing software.

Look for something similar to "install for just this user" when installing
the games and try installing the games from his account.

If the software will only install for "everybody" see...
