Windows XP Home/XP Pro

Hello,
I got a trojan and had to use my restore cd. The problem is, my employer
(whom I no longer work for) upgraded my computer to XP Pro, to use in the
office. XP Pro is the operating system I used to make my back up disc. When I
restored, I was left with XP Home which will not read my back up disc and so
I have essentially lost all of my important information. Does anyone know how
I can retrieve it?

Hi,

WindowsXP Pro and Home use the same backup utility. You may simply need to
install it, as it is not installed by default in a Home installation. You
may find that it is on the CD supplied you by the manufacturer. If it is,
