Windows xp home upgrade

Hi...I have to upgrade 8 PC's from windows xp home to windows xp pro.
The part # E85-02784 is the right one to do the upgrade?
When I do the upgrade, everithing will be the same as before (network,
programs ,etc.)

I don't know that part number, but... XP Pro should work fine to upgrade XP
Home. Main thing is to make sure you do NOT have the OEM version of XP Pro.
It has to be either the full Retail package, or, the full Retail Upgrade
package. It cannot be the OEM package of XP Pro. OEM versions cannot do
"in-place" upgrades. They have to be loaded on a clean (blank) disk.
