I have been trying, thus far unsuccessfully, to network my Laptop with my
Desktop. Both are running Windows XP Home for which all required updates
have been downloaded.
Computer Browser Service is started on both.
The Workgroup name is NJBPAB, the computers, respectively are named NORM_D
(Desktop) and NORM_L (Laptop).
In the hope that SKP may be able to help and, at the risk of boring everyone
to tears, the diagnostic info that I thought might be relevant follows.
Thanks in advance,
Norm Butler
