Windows XP Home keeps rebooting with no user action

My computer keeps rebooting, about every 3 minutes or
so. It gets started back up, we sign back on, and it
reboots again. I can't do ANYTHING without it rebooting.

Check you power settings in control panel as follow
control panel/power options/ in the drop down list next to turn off har
disks ensure it says "never
This is probably why your pc is rebooting itself because your settings ar
telling it to

Right click on My computer, select properties, select
advanced. Go down to Startup and Recovery and click on
settings. Uncheck "Automatically restart". That will
keep it from rebooting. Click on OK until you're out of
it. The right click My Computer and select "Manage".
Look in the "Event Viewer", System folder and see if you
can determine why it's crashing.
