Windows XP Home Help does not work

Several months ago the Windows help system on my home
desktop (VPRMatrix 2.53gHz P4, 512mb ram, XP Home OEM
SP1) stopped working. No error messages, no nothing.
Just no response to any Windows Help request.

Does anyone have any ideas to get me started?

Thanks, Will.

The site you referred me to has what appears to be new
winhelp32 stub files. I'm not sure if they're
replacements for the existing stub files. I'll do a
little digging.
