I just put Windows XP Home Edition on my computer. I had
Windows ME. The version I put on said for distribution
only with a new PC. Is there a way I can get everything
that I was using on the computer back. I know everything
is there (if I do a search for EXCEL it is there but not
showing up as available). Aslo my documents how do I get
them????

This sounds like if you installed Windows XP parallel to Windows ME.
In this case you have to reinstall your applications in Windows XP.
You can install on top of the existing files to save disk space.
For your data files: they may still be at the old location. To make
them easily available in Windows XP move them to C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\{username}\MY DOCUMENTS.
