I am currently using my store bought XP on my 450MHz. I
want to upgrade my entire computer and would like to
continue using my copy of XP. How to I de-register my
current computer so I can install my only copy of XP onto
my upgraded computer?

You don't have to re-register it. Just re-install on your
new system and activate. If it's been over 120 days it
will do it on-line, if not it's a automated call.
