Hello,

Please I need your help, two days ago I downloaded an upgrade for EasyCD 7th
edition, it asked to restart the computer and I click yes, and the computer
shows " We apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start
successfully, recent hardware change might have caused this." Now, I I've
tried to restart from safe mode and all the other options it did not work, I
tried f8 and all those options too nothing works and the worst of the matter
is; this is OEM I have no restore CD.

Please kindly help me to open windows XP home edition.

Thanks for your great help.

Some computer manufactures do not supply restore CD's but install a hidden
restore partition.
On this hidden partition you will have the option to restore or repair.
Please supply the computer make & model.
You can contact the manufacture for the restore CD's.
