Windows XP Home Edition: Non-admin accounts can't browse

Using IE Browser 6 SP1 on Windows XP Home. I have two
administrator accounts, and several non-admin/non-prived
accounts ... any account that does not have privs is NOT
allowed to view any sites. The browser comes up, but then
it displays "page not found" ...

DNS is working fine for both types of accounts. Can the
permissions or registry settings be changed so that plain
accounts can access the browser?

I'm running ZoneAlarm filtering, but that runs on both
types of accounts.

If they can use nslookup but not ping using a symbolic name
try stopping the DNS client

net stop dnscache
