Windows XP Home Edition Limited User account?

Can a Limited user account in windows XP Home Edition access Net Passport
features- hotmail? IF YES, specifically how? I can access my hotmail in an
administrator account, but not in any limited account.

For a limited account, under Pick a task, click Set up my account to use
a .NET Passport.

Thank you for your response. I tried all of your suggestions but had no
success. When I am in a limited user account and go to an MSN site in the IE
brouser everything is fine and when I click on any of the choices such as My
MSN Hotmail or any others, I then go to the sign in window and enter my
hotmail address and password the next screen is the is the HTTP 404 " The
Page Cannot be Found" screen. If I enable the same user account as an
administrator account and do everything else the same imediately goes to
hotmail or My MSN or whatever is chosen.
