I click on Start, Shut down the computer, Shut Down and it does not do
anything. I have to repeat this process several times before it actually
shuts down.

I run an updated AV and a Spyware remover but the PC continues behaving like
that.

Any ideas what could be causing thins?

Thanks in advance
