Windows XP Home Edition and VPN ipSec

Hi,

We're considering the purchase of several laptops that
will be used in the field to make a secure VPN connection.
We are considering getting these laptops preloaded with
the Windows XP Home Edition.

Does Windows XP Home Edition support VPN using ipSec and
L2TP or is this only available in the XP Pro edition?

Would it require special software or driver?

Wow,

I didn't think this would be a hard question. I guess
no one from Microsoft watches this site. ;-)
