Lori Herbert

I tried to access my icon at start up and all it would do
after clicking on my icon was give me blue screen and told
me to check to see if I had enough disc space. I can not
access anything to check to see if something internally
happened.
Can some one advise me please.

Thank you for your time.

Which icon are you referring to? What were you trying to do when this
happened?
Please be specific.

The personal icon that has my files and settings, or even
my husbands icon that has his personal files and settings.
I was trying to get into my files so that I could do some
work and when I tried to log on under my name(icon) all I
saw instead of a desktop like normal was a blue screen
that said I needed to reboot the system, I did this and I
still got a blue screen after trying to log on under my
name. I tried my husband's name and also got a blue
screen.

Is your system still under warranty?
