Windows XP hit by a virus

I was hit with a virus which I managed to clean and now I can not ope
Control Panel, my computer and a few other options. I the repair optio
but the problem is still there

What was the name of the virus and which AV program do you use?
 
You may have a worm that has not been detected by your antivirus software.
Download and run Stinger , a excelent worm / virus detector. JJ
