How to enable "net send" option i-e net send PC name message
I am using Windows Xp pro on two PCs and other is MAC.

Enable the Messenger service. It is disabled with SP2 and for security
purposes.

Start>Run>services.msc [enter]

Scroll down to the Messenger service and set it to automatic and start
it. Make sure you have firewalls on all computers and that they are
properly configured to allow the lan as trusted.
