Hi,

I'm running Windows XP Home Edition on my computer and have run into
problems with Windows Firewall. I've never had an issue with it until about a
month ago when it started blocking regular Windows updates as wells as
anti-virus updates. I've allowed both programs as exceptions but it still
blocks it. I even went as far as turning the firewall off and it still allows
nothing through.

I'm not sure what else to do, so if anyone could help it would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Tamara

What is the virus/malware status of the computer? If you think it is
clean, what programs/versions did you use to determine this?

Make sure your computer is virus/malware-free:
