Hi, I've noticed a recent problem with Windows XP
Explorer (and Control Panel) refreshing constantly about
once a second. The refresh doesn't remember where you
were, so if you scroll down the file list, the refresh
brings you to the top of the page and you can select the
files you were looking for.
I've implemented the solution described in Knowledge Base
Article 816375 to no avail. I don't have mapped network
drives anyway. The article mentions this could be caused
by a virus as well.
I have an up-to-date virus scan, but does anyone know of
a specific virus that causes this and how to search for
it?
Thanks
