Windows XP Embedded virtual memory boosting up

Hi

I am using the windows XP embedded. I have connected 1188 camera(medical) to the system. After change settings of the camera , system virtual memory is start increasing for each operation with the camera. Could you please help me regarding the root cause and the remedy.
