Windows XP-doesn`t started

My Windows XP Doesn`t started, it is starting in the
savety Mode all the time, normal mode doesn`t go.
What must i make that my Window start in the Normal Mode?
When he boot, is a failure, then he is boot down.

Unless you can tell us the exact text of any error messages you're getting,
we cannot help you as we don't know what's wrong without that information...
