So we have a bunch XP machines with Sp1 and all updates applied.
After daylight savings change occured I noticed following errors on many

of these XP machines:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1097
Date: 2003.11.21
Time: 09:28:51
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: LSUSKEVIC
Description:
Windows cannot find the machine account, The clocks on the client and
server machines are skewed. .

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1030
Date: 2003.11.21
Time: 09:28:51
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: LSUSKEVIC
Description:
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. A message
that describes the reason for this was previously logged by the policy
engine.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Some Microsoft folks told here that this may be ressolved by
issuing:

net time /set

I did the following approach. After that errors dissapeared for some

time. But after that I noticed following on the client machines: when
security updates applied, these arrors reappeared:( Microsoft, another
bug with daylight savings? As I saw I'm not the only one so lucky with
these errors on XP machines:( What are the solutions from this
situation? Thanks.

Hello,

You need to setup an Authoritative Time Server in this environment. It
sounds like the XP boxes are losing time somehow.
