Event ID's 101 and 103

Hello all:

Can someone point me in the right direction to trouble shoot these 2 cryptic
error messages. They are showing up in the Application logs on Windows XP
machines when I attempt to deploy applications (computer policy) through GP.
Have had no problems on Windows 2000 PC's accepting the same GPO's.

May have found an answer in this article.

The explanation of the policy setting mentioned in this article seems to
indicat that software deployment as well as some other GP settings may take
2 logins to accomplish. This seems to correlate with what I am seeing.

Can someone at MSFT confirm that this is related?

That is correct.

You should also be seeing a 108 event.
