Windows Xp "Cryptographic Service??"

I am trying to install a Kodak Easyshare software and I
get an error msg stateing that I need to make sure the
above mentioned service is running on my computer. I have
never heard of such a service and the link the program
provided to install the service on Microsofts website is
not working properly.

Please Help!!
 
Control Panel, Administrative Tools folder, computer management, expand Services and
Applications, services, Right-click Cryptographic Services, properties, startup type,
automatic.
