Steve, thanks, tried it (even as sugested elseware restarted in safe mode,
login as administrator and got the owner rights) no solution. There is
something else wrong, I do not know what. Any other sugestions please?

Don't log in as the user named "Administrator". Log in with your
normal user name, take ownership as that user, and configure the
shares as that user. Double check that the user has administrator
privileges. Double check that the user has full control on the
folder.
If that doesn't solve it, I don't know what the problem is. Someone
else here might know, or you could try posting your question in news
group microsoft.public.windowsxp.general for more people to see.
