Windows XP crashing after reintalling Great Speed modem

I have a Dell Dimension 4600, and I have been using a Great Speed U210G- Neo
modem for more tah 6 months with out any problem.
Last month I had to format my hard disk and every thing seems to work fine,
but as soon as I start navigating in the internet, I get a blue screen
telling me that the computer was shut down to avoid damages and the following
message : Error ISQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Stop: 0x0000000D1 (0X00000008, 0X0000002, 0X0000000, 0XF9103901)
NDIS.SYS_ADDRESS F9103901 BASE AT F90F1000, DATESTAMP 3e6793e0

I contacted the IP and told me that it should be a problem with my Windows
XP, I contacted Dell and this is what they had to say: Incompatibility with
software may or may not present depending on circumstances like registry
values software updates or specific configuration patterns. (????)

The computer works fine if I do not use the GS modem.

Please I need help, because I can't navigate and nobody ( Dell or my IP)
cares.

Thanks

The error you report indicates a device driver problem and the file it refers
to (NDIS.SYS) is part of the network driver. Based on that, the first thing I
would do is go to the manufacturer of the modem and get the latest driver
software and update. Also, if Dell included an integrated network card, get
those drivers and update them as well.

Thanks for your answer.
I tryed to get a driver's upgrade, but it seems that Great Speed does not
have a web page anymore.
The modem connects using the usb port.
