when the automatic updates runs SP2(Service Pack 2), the setup make a error
and close...
when i trying to open programs and the computer freeze or Blue screen

Did your remove all spyware prior to attempting to install SP2?

Download & install from http://www.lavasoftusa.com. This will remove the
spyward programs.
Then download and install Mozilla Firefox. Set it as your default browser.
This will minimize future clutter of spyware.

i have it, scanning and nothing happen, i trying to install and the same
error :(

i cant open a lot of programs :'(
